🎥 How I use AI to produce training programs 3x faster
Speeding up course creation without selling out my style.
Picture it. San Francisco, 2025. The historic Fort Mason Center. Inspiring views of the Golden Gate Bridge, and people from around the globe joining together with one goal: to learn how AI is shaping our lives.
Some people were building products, others were there to learn, and still others were presenting their work. I was there for all three.
I met many amazing creators, business leaders, and students who were eager to absorb as much as they could on the latest in AI technology.
The conference was filled with amazing vendors and featured a rotating lineup of speakers in the main hall. The conference rooms were brimming with curious people ready to watch, learn, and ask the hard questions.
My pitch
As many of you are aware, I provide in-person AI training. If you received this newsletter via email, you probably saw a list of upcoming courses or talks at the top of your email.
You may not know that I partner with eLearning pioneer GoSkills. They create amazing content that helps business leaders learn essential business-focused topics, such as:
AI fluency
Leadership skills
Business productivity
I am proud to have launched GoSkills’ first AI training program, From Prompt to Productivity with AI. Right after that, I launched yet another course, From Prompt to Pictures with AI.
How did I create these programs so quickly while remaining authentically myself? I offloaded the technical work to AI, allowing me to focus on what I do best: storytelling and delivering fun and engaging eLearning courses.
My conference talk
In 45 minutes, you will see how I use AI in unique ways to deliver training faster by letting it do the hard stuff, like:
Video and audio editing
Co-writing pitches, exercises, and lessons
That frees me up to:
Express my creativity
Focus on the learner’s journey
I give some fun demos so you can see exactly how it works, including sharing:
How I use ChatGPT to make my content more engaging
Video and audio production tools like Descript that help me release content at scale
How you can build custom GPTs to automate the creation of lesson exercises, quizzes, and student exams
And now, on with the video!
You can watch my talk in its entirety using the link below. I share a few QR codes and helpful tips along the way. If you'd like to discuss any of the prompts, talk about my courseware, or chat about the topic, feel free to send me a message. I really do read all messages.
🍿 Without further ado, sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!
